Time to Catch Up

Well it sure has been awhile since I last wrote in here, and when i was going over everything that has been going on, lets just say this is going to be one long post. Since so much has happened, I am only going to focus on a few things from each year. So last year, 2011, was a busy year. My friend Amber and I went on a little trip up to Utah for a week. We toured as many temples as we possibly could during that time, and had so much fun getting to know temple square, that by the time we left, we were exhausted, but never had so much fun!
About a month later, my mom and I went and saw my favorite group in concert... Rascal Flatts!!!! They were amazing and I was so happy that we went. We had so much fun going, and they put on one heck of a convert!!!

Well not long after that, it was my 25th birthday. Mom and Dad took me to see the most amazing broadway musical around... Lion King in Las Vegas!!! We has so much fun, and then they took me out to lunch at Universal Studios Bubba Gumps... mmmm so yummy. What a great way to spend my birthday.

When new years came around, we found out that Lorri was pregnant... with a little girl! She is due in september, and her name will be Ziva. She is going to be loved so much that it makes me excited for when I have my own children. Until then, I will just spoil her :)

This past April my best friend Rachel got sealed to her husband Dylan in the Newport Beach Temple. I was lucky enough to be able to get to go to the sealing. Once again, that is something that I look forward to and knowing what it entails makes me that more excited!

I was able to also go to General Conference this year for my first time. How Grandma was able to get those tickets, well who knows lol. After the session that we attended we were able to go and meet the author Gerald N. Lund! He is such an amazing man and I feel lucky that I was able to meet him.

Since my time here is short (that is in california), I have been making sure to make the best of my times and to see my friends as often as I can... That includes Aaron, Katrina and Sarah. Between the four of us, we have had some fun but crazy times. Sometimes it is nice to forget about everything but the memories that can be made with such amazing friends.

Last but certainly not least was a hike that I went on last weekend in Wrightwood. We went on three different hikes, froze our butts off, but made memories that will last forever. Every activity that I have done this last year are ones that will leave lasting impressions with me, and I hope you enjoy them too through the pictures I have included.... Until next time!
