Time to Update this

So I just looked at the last time I updated this, and wow that was a long time ago. Is there truly an excuse for why I haven't written here? No. If I just took the time out of my life, this would be updated much more. So I guess all I can do is try to remember the amazing times I have had these past 6 months and write about them here lol. Lets see...back in April my friends Eric, Amber, Cong and I went and had a fun filled day down in Fullerton. We really just did it because Eric, at that time, was getting ready for his mission, where he is now serving in Little Rock, Arkansas, and we wanted to have one more fun filled day with him. Fun is exactly what we had. We started off at Dave and Busters, acted like little kids for a few hours, which is never a bad thing, and got Eric and Cong some awesome ties... Like them?

Afterwards, I showed them all Fullerton hospitality by taking them to yogurtland for their first time, and i think they liked it. We did some more things in between, but the best part of our entire trip was playing lazer tag. Who won you might ask? Well that's a whole different story lol.

So a month after that crazy trip, I went to Maui with my parents and had the time of my life. We went and saw the Iao Needle ( which is pretty cool, and so worth seeing), went up to Haleakala, went to an awesome Luau, and went dolphin watching. The dolphin watching was my favorite part and here is why... We saw over 200 dolphins on that trip!!!
Ahh!!! It was so neat, and even worth getting a little sunburn on the boat. They were active, making flips and other tricks in the air that you couldn't help yourself but watch them as they did them, and also watch in anticipation as you wait for the next one to do a trick.
Just being able to spend this quality time with my parents was much needed since who knows when I would get that chance again.

So I know by this point you must be asking if I ever work? lol... Of course I do, and to prove it, my next activity was the 2011 In-N-Out Picnic, which is where Amber and I went this year. We had so much fun! There were activities everywhere for us, and even having a water park just for us made the day even better. It was a pretty hot day, and having a place to cool off really did help. Free food of course sweetened the deal, and even more so when your best friend comes along for the ride. That is one amazing company to work for, and I was so happy that I got to share that great time with my best friend!

So thats my life in a nutshell for the past 6 months. I will do my best to update this more often, but sometimes life happens and makes it hard to do so. Hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I had a blast putting it together. Until next time....

Im horrible at this

so i am really horrible at remembering that i have this blog. i think life has gotten the best of me these past few months that time is just flying by. December was a crazy month with christmas and all. out here in the good old town of victorville we did receive snow! crazy i know! it was so awesome that it didn't stop me from getting a jacket on over my pjs, throwing on a pair of shoes and gloves and going in the back yard to make a snowman. mind you that it was still snowing hard at this time, but that didnt stop me! oh it was so much fun! who knew how much fun snow could be to at 24 year old lol.
january was a time of great trials, but also a time of great excitement. i am now choir director, and i love it! its nerve racking to do something so time consuming and stressful, but it is exciting to see how you can transform people into an amazing choir. not only does it help me become a better person, but also a better friend to those that i teach.
February!!!! oh what a joyous month it has been so far. i received news last week that the eye problem that i have had for the past 6 years has finally simmered down to show no results at all in my eyes! oh how happy i was to get this news. nothing could make me happier (well almost anything). well i think i have blabbered on enough now. until next time :)
